Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Axenta collects when you visit or buy from theaxenta.com, how we use it, and who we share it with.

What we collect

When you browse. We automatically receive your browser and device information, your IP address, time zone, the pages you view, the sites or search terms that brought you here, and how you interact with the site. This comes from cookies, log files and web beacons.

When you buy. We collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and payment information. Your full card number is handled by our payment provider and is never stored by us.

When you contact us. We keep the messages you send and our replies, so we can follow up on your case.

How we use it

  • To take payment, ship your order and send you confirmations and tracking.
  • To answer your questions and handle returns, replacements and refunds.
  • To screen orders for fraud or other risk.
  • To improve the site, and — where you have agreed to it — to send you marketing and to measure the performance of our advertising.

Who we share it with

We share personal information with service providers who help us run the store, and only for that purpose:

  • Shopify, which powers our online store.
  • Payment providers, to take and verify payment.
  • Shipping and fulfilment partners, to pack and deliver your order.
  • Email and analytics providers, to send order emails and understand how the site is used.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or respond to a lawful request. We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising and cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies, including those of advertising platforms, to measure and target advertising. You can manage your preferences through our cookie banner, through your browser settings, and through the opt-out tools offered by those platforms. Because there is no uniform standard, we do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, update or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent to marketing at any time. If you are in the EEA or the UK, we process your data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, or on the basis of our legitimate interests or your consent. If you are a California resident, you may request details of the categories of personal information we have collected, and ask us to delete it.

To make a request, email info@theaxenta.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to run the business and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. After that, we delete them or make them anonymous.

Children

Our site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices or to the law. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
