1. Who we are

This website is operated by Axenta ("we", "us", "our"), 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By visiting our site or buying something from us, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

2. Using the store

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province to buy from us. You may not use our products or this site for any unlawful purpose, to violate any law or regulation, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, or to transmit malicious code. We may refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any lawful reason.

3. Products and prices

All prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We try hard to display our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows colours exactly as they are.

A crossed-out price shown next to a product is a reference price, not a price we have necessarily charged in the past 30 days. It is there to show the value of the current offer.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, to discontinue a product, and to correct errors in product descriptions, pricing and availability, including after you have placed an order. If we cancel an order for one of these reasons, we refund you in full.

4. Offers and free units

Promotional offers such as Buy 2 Get 1 Free and Buy 3 Get 2 Free apply automatically at checkout when the quantity condition is met. Offers cannot be combined with each other, and we apply whichever gives you the better outcome. Offers may be withdrawn or changed at any time; the terms that apply to your order are the ones shown at the moment you place it.

Free gifts and digital items included with an order have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a discount or a refund.

5. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to update it so we can complete your order and contact you if we need to.

6. Shipping and returns

Delivery times, shipping costs and our 90-day guarantee are set out in our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Optional Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is an optional add-on, switched off by default. If you add it, we will replace a parcel that is damaged, lost or stolen in transit without waiting for a carrier investigation. It is not an insurance contract and it does not replace your rights under our Refund Policy.

8. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party sites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Any dealings you have with them are between you and them.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Except where the law does not allow it, our products and the service are provided "as is" and "as available", and our total liability to you for any claim relating to a product or to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axenta and its officers, contractors and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by a third party because you breached these terms or violated any law or the rights of a third party.

11. Severability and termination

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us; you may terminate them at any time by ceasing to use the site.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

13. Changes

We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
