Shipping Policy

Shipping is free

Every order ships free. There is no minimum and no surcharge at checkout.

How long it takes

  • Processing: 1 to 3 business days. This is the time we need to check and pack your order before it leaves.
  • Delivery: 4 to 8 business days after it ships.

Most orders therefore arrive within 5 to 11 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays; orders placed on a weekend or holiday start processing the next business day.

Order volumes around launches and holiday periods can add a few days. If your order is going to take noticeably longer, we will email you rather than leave you guessing.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you will get an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start updating, which is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the US and want one, email us and we will tell you whether we can get it to you.

Shipping addresses

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email info@theaxenta.com straight away: we can usually correct it before the order ships. Once a parcel is in transit the address cannot be changed, and if it comes back to us as undeliverable we will contact you to arrange a resend or a refund.

Shipping Protection

At checkout you can add optional Shipping Protection. It is off by default and you are never charged for it unless you switch it on yourself. With it, a parcel that is damaged, lost or stolen in transit is replaced immediately, without an investigation period.

Without it you are still covered by our 90-day guarantee, but a lost or stolen parcel has to be investigated with the carrier first, which takes longer.

Split shipments

Multi-packs normally ship together in one parcel. Occasionally an order is split across two parcels that arrive a day or two apart. If that happens you will get a tracking number for each.
