Will it work with my setup?

What's in the box?

The controller and its charging dock, exactly as pictured. Nothing else to buy.

What is Hall Effect, in plain terms?

A normal stick measures position by dragging a contact across a strip, and that strip wears down — that's drift. A Hall Effect stick measures it with a magnet, with nothing touching, so there is nothing to wear out.

What if it drifts anyway?

You have 90 days to tell us. We replace it or refund you, and you don't pay return shipping.

Your stick is lying to you

You let go and your character keeps walking. You line up the shot and the crosshair slides off on its own. You recalibrate, it behaves for a week, then it starts again.
